  3. For example, SRLIB places FILE_2 before
  4. FILE_10 and can handle long file names,
  5. leading zeros and spaces.  SRLIB is compiled
  6. for Microsoft C/C++'s and Borland TC++'s
  7. small and large memory models.  New: case-
  8. insensitive routine, 3rd space-handling
  9. option, commas-within-numbers handling, and
